Jubba White

Reggae artist · drummer · producer · songwriter

Jubba White is a Jamaican reggae artist, drummer, producer, songwriter, and founder of White Stone Productions. He now performs as a solo artist, bringing his voice, drums, catalog, and production vision together on stage and in the studio.

Born in May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica, Jubba White began singing and playing drums in church before studying Caribbean, Latin American, and jazz music at the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts. His early professional years included international touring and recording work with artists such as Bushman, Junior Kelly, Pierpoljak, Burning Spear, and others.

Jubba helped build Dubtonic Kru from its earliest production and touring years, contributing drums, songwriting, production, and the band’s rhythm-led creative direction. He later formed White Stone Productions in Oregon as a home for handcrafted reggae production, multi-artist projects, session work, and collaborations with musicians across the world.

Today, Jubba performs as a solo reggae artist while continuing to produce, record drums, write, arrange, and develop projects through White Stone Productions.
